Three or More Coplanar Parallel Lines
A Perpendicular Line to a Plane
This post is about a wall. This specific wall is related to geometry because it has a trimming that runs along the middle of the wall. This being so one trimming from the wall next to it is going to be perpendicular to the adjacent wall. Walls are used to support and separate houses and buildings. They also protect from the weather outside. You can find walls almost anywhere.
Non-Congruent Alternate Interior Angles
In this blog there is a picture of a fan. This far relates to geometry because it has many angles that are congruent and non-congruent. It also has many visible interiors. This object can be found in stores households, and places that are hot. Humans use fan to blow and circulate air flow, so it appears cooler in hot temperatures.
Vertical Angles
In this picture a lamp shade is displayed. This is related to geometry because vertical angles are shown with the bead on the shade. Lamp shades can be found over lamps. Us humans use them to lessen the light that is emitting off the light bulb. Plus they make a good decoration.
Segment Bisector
The picture in this post is a cross. A cross is relative to geometry because it has a segment bisector and other angle. Crosses are used to represent the Christian religion. You can find them in Christian churches, on jewelry, and in some homes.
Supplementry Angles
The picture in this post is a china cabinet. It relates to geometry because it has 2 supplementary angles that are not adjacent, so therefore they aren't linear pairs. You can find these items in some homes. They are used to store plates, glasses, and other fragile valuable items.
Skew Lines
Adjacent Non-Supplementary Angles
The object in this post is a guitar case. This relates to geometry because it means we can find adjacent angles in our everyday music supplies. This object can be found in many music stores, where ever guitars are sold, and in people's homes. A guitar case is used to store and make travel easier for guitars. It help so they don't get dirty or damaged. This is a part of the music production industry and are sold very frequently. http://www.americanmusical.com/ItemImages/Large/24725.jpg
Congruent Obtuse Angles
This is an airplane. This relates to congruent obtuse angles because a plane has a lot of congruent angles. Plane wings have to be the same so the plane can be balanced. They can be found in the air and at airports. They are man-made, so they are manufactured in factories. Airplanes are used to transport people, cargo, missionary, animals, etc. This is apart of the Aerospace industry and planes is what Aerospace uses to study our environment. http://www.macombcountymi.gov/mcped/E-Macomb/April%202009/Pictures/Aerospace%28wrklc2%29.jpg
Angle Bisector
In this post an orange is displayed. The relates to and exhibits an angle bisector because the inside of an orange have congruent sections of fruit. Oranges can be found in orange farms, trees, and grocery stores. They can be used for eating and different food recipes. They can also be squeezed and made into orange juice. Oranges can fall under the food industry. They have a great source of Vitamin C, so they help to boost your strength.
